Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a white-glove courier service; for smaller accents, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
